The renewal deadline is extended to April 12, 2025, due to gate issues affecting drop-offs at the clubhouse. All checks received before April 1 were deposited on April 7. Your canceled check serves as your receipt for renewal.
Due to the high volume of renewals received, the extended deadline, and board member availability, final processing of renewals will be completed on April 25. This includes depositing checks received after April 1 and updating the renewal status on this page. If your renewal is not processed by then, please contact us for a resolution.
Due to issues with the Post Office returning mail, members attempting renewal within the deadline will not be penalized. Your renewal will be accepted.
