FAQ

  • I didn’t renew; how do I join again?
    • You must go through the New Member Process and meet all the requirements. See the link below
    • Yes, you are considered a New Member, No Exceptions.

  • When will my renewal be processed?
    • If your renewal card is in our PO Box on the 1st Monday of the month it will be processed NLT 7 days, so 2nd Monday of the Month.
  • I emailed about my renewal and got no response
    • We process renewals in Bulk/Batch, on a monthly basis. The first batch will be targeted for final processing by November 9th.
    • Please note the timeline above. Renewals that are received after the first Monday of the month will be held as part of the batch for the next month’s processing.
  • I waited two monthly renewal cycles and I’m still showing as not being renewed?
    • Postings of renewal status does not begin until December 15th.
    • We don’t have your card.  Resubmit your renewal (see process on this page).
  • I’m a Life Member. Do I still have to complete and submit my renewal postcard?
    • Yes, Life Members must sign the postcard to affirm agreement to the latest rules as well as the liability statement.
    • Failure to comply by 3 April 2027 will result in gate key deactivation until the signed postcard is returned.

Follow the process below if you have not received a renewal postcard by 26 Oct 26.

Members should receive renewal postcards No Later Than (NLT) 26 Oct 2026.

If you did not receive a renewal postcard, conduct the following:

  • Read the following online Documents using the links below:
  • Print Renewal Form from the link below, fill in required information, submit with payment of $135.00 (Check or Money Order) by the deadline:
    • Renewal Form:
    • Mailing address:  P.O. Box 24285 Speedway, IN 46224-0285
    • Renewal Form and Payment may be dropped off in the Guest Fee Slot at the Clubhouse
  • The club is not responsible for lost mail or mis-addressed mail
    • Posting of Membership Renewal Status starts 16 Dec 2025, please don’t email asking for renewal status.
    • Your canceled Check or Money Order is your receipt of payment

 

DEADLINE FOR RENEWAL SUBMITTAL

Completed renewal and payment must either be postmarked by USPS or hand delivered to the range guest drop off box, NLT 3 April 2027. All applications for membership after the deadline will be treated through the new member process.
